Mike is a native of Harrisonburg where he currently resides with his wife and their blended family. Outside of the office, Mike serves the local community through Scouting, is an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Harrisonburg and a generous donor to several local charities. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, watersports and club volleyball.
Melissa Campbell

With 23 years of accounting experience, Melissa was born and raised in Page County. Married to JD Campbell in 1992, Melissa has one stepson and stepdaughter, two daughters, two granddaughters with one grandchild on the way. Melissa enjoys spending free time with her family, participating in their activities and following local sports events. She volunteers as the Treasurer of the Stanley Elementary PTO and Vice Pres. of Page County High School Music Boosters.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ivan moved to the United States in 1996 where he played four years of varsity soccer and graduated from Harrisonburg High School in 2005. Ivan continued to play soccer for Bridgewater College during his four years study. He first began work as an Accountant for Mike in 2009. Ivan resides in Harrisonburg and in his free time, enjoys outdoor activities like riding his motorcycle, fishing, shooting, off-roading, and playing soccer.

With 10 years accounting, and numerous years of experience in medical billing and collections, Tammy resides in Elkton with her husband Carroll, son McKenna, and daughter Kayla. In her free time she enjoys being outside at her daughters’ softball games as well as spending time with family and friends. Tammy attends church at Impact Ministries and volunteers with activities at East Rockingham High School.
Theresa Emmerman

Theresa comes to the accounting field with 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry. During her 10 year tenure with Aramark, she directed food service operations and served as a financial coordinator, including assisting location managers with all aspects of corporate financial reporting as well as assisting with budgets and analyzing performance standards for individual locations. In 2012, Theresa went back to school to pursue an accounting degree with the goal of obtaining her CPA license by 2017. Theresa resides in Harrisonburg with her husband, Dan and their two children.
